IMPORTANT: Access to purchased courses is granted strictly for a limited period of time, clearly specified at the time of purchase for each course or product.
After the access period expires, the user will no longer be able to view the content unless a new access period is purchased.
The platform does not provide lifetime access unless this is expressly stated for a specific product.
3.1 Access Duration
The access period for each course is clearly indicated on its course page before purchase and may vary depending on the type of product (e.g. 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, etc.).
Access begins from the moment payment is confirmed, unless otherwise specified.
It is the user’s responsibility to verify the access duration before completing the purchase.
By purchasing, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the limited access period.
3.2 Non-Use of Access
The client understands and agrees that access to purchased courses is provided for a fixed period of time.
Failure to use the course in full or in part during the granted access period does not constitute grounds for a refund, extension, or compensation of any kind.
OK Desert S.R.L. is under no obligation to restore access to courses after the purchased access period has expired, regardless of the reason for non-use.
4. Account Registration
To access the courses, the user must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out under their account.
5. Payments and Billing
• All prices are displayed in Moldovan Lei (MDL), unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is made online using the payment methods available on the website.
• After payment confirmation, access to the course is granted automatically or within the shortest possible time.
6. Refund Policy
• The products offered are digital products.
• Once access to the content has been granted, refunds are not guaranteed.
• Refund requests may be reviewed individually, at the sole discretion of OK Desert S.R.L., only in justified cases.
